To reschedule, you must contact the Utah Safety Council before the scheduled course date at (801) 746-7233, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Fee Schedule:

• Original course registration fee: $100

• First reschedule: No charge (must be requested prior to the course date)

• Missed courses: Non-refundable

• Refunds: Must be requested within 30 days of the order date

• Certificates: Issued only after all fees have been paid. Processing may take up to 14 days.

• Instructors: Cannot accept payments under any circumstances
